Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using any eSIM product from NexaEsim. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Important: By purchasing and/or using any eSIM provided by NexaEsim, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you and NexaEsim ("we", "us", "our governing your access to and use of the NexaEsim website, platform, and all related eSIM products and services.

By accessing our website at nexaesim.com, creating an account, placing an order, or using any eSIM purchased through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of NexaEsim.

The following terms shall have the meanings set out below throughout these Terms of Service:

eSIM

An embedded SIM (electronic SIM) profile that is downloaded onto a compatible device to provide mobile data connectivity (and, where supported by the plan, voice and/or SMS services) without the need for a physical SIM card.

QR Code

A scannable code delivered to the Customer via email that enables the download and installation of the eSIM profile onto a compatible device.

Plan

The specific eSIM product purchased by the Customer, including its data allowance, validity period, supported countries/regions, network speed, and any other specifications as described on the website at the time of purchase.

Customer

Any individual or entity that accesses the NexaEsim website, creates an account, places an order, or uses any eSIM product or service provided by NexaEsim.

NexaEsim provides prepaid travel eSIM data plans for over 200 countries and regions worldwide. Our eSIMs are delivered digitally as QR codes — no physical SIM cards are shipped.

Our eSIM plans are designed primarily for mobile data connectivity during international travel. Some plans may include voice and SMS capabilities where specified on the product page.

Device Compatibility Requirements
  • Your device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked (not locked to any specific mobile carrier).
  • It is your sole responsibility to verify that your device supports eSIM before placing an order.
  • Device incompatibility is not considered a fault on the part of NexaEsim and does not qualify for a refund.

Please check our List of eSIM-Compatible Devices before making a purchase to ensure your device is supported.

All prices on the NexaEsim website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and include all applicable fees unless otherwise stated. Taxes or duties imposed by your jurisdiction, if any, are your responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods
  • PayPal — including payments via credit/debit cards through PayPal
  • Bank transfer — where available, as indicated during checkout

All payment processing is handled by trusted third-party payment processors. NexaEsim does not directly store your full payment card details.

An order is considered confirmed only after we receive successful payment verification from the payment processor. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time due to market conditions; however, price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully paid.

Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must notify us in writing at support@nexaesim.com within 7 days of the transaction date, providing your order ID and a detailed description of the dispute. Undisputed amounts remain due and payable.

Delivery

Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code and installation instructions will be delivered to the email address you provided during checkout. Delivery typically occurs within minutes. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting support.

Activation

Scan the QR code on your eSIM-compatible device and follow the on-screen installation prompts. We recommend installing the eSIM before your trip but activating it only upon arrival at your destination to maximize the validity period.

Important Notes
  • Validity period: The plan's validity begins as specified in the product description — typically from first network connection or from activation, depending on the plan.
  • Non-transferable: Most eSIM profiles cannot be transferred to another device once installed. Exercise caution when switching phones or performing a factory reset.
  • One-time use: Each QR code can only be scanned and installed once. Do not delete the eSIM profile from your device unless you have finished using it.

Because eSIMs are digital products delivered electronically, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:

  • Before QR code delivery: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before the eSIM QR code is sent to your email. A full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
  • After QR code delivery: Cancellation is generally not accepted once the QR code has been delivered, as the digital product has been fulfilled.
  • Refund eligibility: Refunds are available only in cases where the eSIM has a confirmed error attributable to NexaEsim that cannot be resolved after you cooperate with our technical support team's troubleshooting instructions.
  • Refund method: Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within up to 10 business days. Any bank or intermediary fees incurred during the refund process are not the responsibility of NexaEsim.

By using our eSIM services, you agree to use them responsibly and lawfully. You shall not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise network infrastructure or other users' access
  • Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit eSIM services without prior written authorization
  • Engage in excessive or abnormal usage patterns intended to abuse the service (e.g., running servers, cryptocurrency mining, or similar activities over mobile data)
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass any fair usage policies or technical restrictions

NexaEsim reserves the right to suspend or terminate your eSIM service immediately and without prior notice if we detect any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy. No refund will be issued in such cases.

NexaEsim partners with local mobile carriers and network operators in each destination country to deliver eSIM connectivity. Please be aware of the following:

  • Network coverage varies by country and region and is dependent on the local carrier's infrastructure. Coverage maps provided on our website are approximations and do not guarantee signal availability in every location.
  • Data speeds (4G/LTE, 5G where available) are influenced by factors beyond our control, including geographic location, network congestion, weather conditions, building interference, and device capabilities.
  • Some plans may be subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP) limits imposed by the local carrier, after which speeds may be reduced for the remainder of the validity period.
  • Hotspot/tethering functionality depends on the specific plan and may not be available on all eSIM products.

NexaEsim provides the service "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or specific speed performance. Variations in coverage and speed are inherent to mobile networks and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • NexaEsim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to the use or inability to use our services.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to NexaEsim for the specific eSIM plan that is the subject of the claim.
  • We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, network infrastructure failures, carrier outages, or changes in third-party provider policies (force majeure).

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for matters that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the NexaEsim website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, software, and design elements — is the property of NexaEsim or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

NexaEsim reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, or industry best practices.

When we make changes, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may also notify you via email where practicable.

Your continued use of NexaEsim services after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of our services.
