How to Check if Your Device Supports eSIM

iPhone / iPad

Go to Settings → General → About. If you see a field labeled "Available SIM" or "EID", your device supports eSIM.

Android

Go to Settings → About Phone → SIM Status. Look for "EID" number. Alternatively, dial *#06# and check for an EID.

Important Note

Your device must be carrier-unlocked to use an eSIM from NexaEsim. Carrier-locked devices (purchased with a contract from a specific carrier) may not support third-party eSIMs even if the hardware supports it.
