Hoe u controleert of uw apparaat eSIM ondersteunt

iPhone / iPad

Ga naar Instellingen → Algemeen → Info. Als u een veld ziet met het label "Beschikbare sim" of "EID". ondersteunt uw apparaat eSIM.

Android

Ga naar Instellingen → Over de telefoon → SIM-status. Zoek naar "EID" nummer. Als alternatief, bel *#06# en controleer op een EID.

Belangrijke opmerking

Uw apparaat moet ontgrendeld voor alle providers zijn om een eSIM van NexaEsim te gebruiken. Op apparaten die door een specifieke provider zijn vergrendeld (aangekocht met een contract bij die provider) worden mogelijk geen eSIMs van derden ondersteund, ook al ondersteunt de hardware dit.
